They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Miles&Miles. All ticket reservations for Museums and guide services are operated and provided by "THE WAY TO ITALY" (Official Tour Operator and Travel Agent in Rome) Licence n.5526 of the Province of Rome, located in Viale Carso 1.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through Miles&Miles website are subject to these Terms & Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Miles&Miles.

By using Miles&Miles website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not access and/or use Miles&Miles website.

Your continued use of Miles&Miles website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Miles&Miles content (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use Miles&Miles website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Miles&Miles Your use of Miles&Miles website is intended for personal, noncommercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. You agree not to use robots or other automated means to access this site, unless specifically permitted by Miles&Miles.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Although we have required your VISA or MC credit card details upon reservation, Miles&Miles DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES AND DOES NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS. Payment: Payment is to be made in the form of Euros cash OR traveler`s checks (TC's are ok for tours in Rome only in denominations not larger than a 500 Euro per check) at the end of each service directly to your driver or guide. The credit card details are only collected to guarantee our cancellation policy and when applicable, for the guarantee of payment of our up front expense for your pre-purchased, non-refundable & non-exchangeable tickets. These tickets include the Vatican, Colosseum, Borghese Gallery, Accademia, Uffizi or other applicable tickets as required for your itinerary. Refunds General: No refunds are available once an itinerary or service has commenced. Cancelling a confirmed itinerary with Miles&Miles can result in cancellation fees being applied by Miles&Miles, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees. All vouchers are issued by Tour Operator, The Way to Italy for attraction/museum tickets. These are non-refundable in all circumstances once they have been purchased on your behalf. Special Event Period: These are non-refundable in all circumstances. Tours commencing during a period of special event including but is not limited to: Public or National Holidays, New Year`s, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter. Other Tour Products & Services: We do ask that you please provide us as much advance notice as is possible in the unlikely event that you should need to cancel your services as we generally book services well in advance in order to provide you with your required dates. We will also likely turn others away for your dates once you do confirm as we often become fully booked quite early on especially in high season. An administrative fee of 80 euros will apply to any itinerary totaling 500 euros (or more) that is booked, but cancelled prior to the cancellation window taking effect. If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance of the commencement time of your itinerary, there is no cancellation fee for your itinerary though you will be charged 100% for any admission tickets purchased on your behalf. If you cancel between 4 and 6 calendar days in advance of the commencement time of your itinerary, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for your itinerary. Admission tickets purchased on your behalf will still be charged at 100%. If you cancel within 3-calendar days advance of the commencement time of your itinerary, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for your itinerary. Admission tickets purchased on your behalf will still be charged at 100%. By Ship: If the ship is not able to dock in port for reasons that are out of the control of the clients, our company will not charge any fee to the client for your itinerary though you will be charged 100% for any admission tickets purchased on your behalf. By Flight: If you choose to schedule tours immediately following your arrival flight please be aware that the cancellation policy will apply for changes to flights, delays or missed flights so we ask that you consider this when booking services on your arrival or departure date.
PRODUCT VALIDITY, MODIFICATIONS & AMENDMENTS
All tours and services offered by Miles&Miles are valid as per the dates displayed on the website or on your voucher. Miles&Miles is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide. All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to the Miles&Miles the customer care email.
It is not possible to change or modify a special event. Sales of Musuem tickets issued by THE WAY TO ITALY Tour Operator & Travel Agent are final and cannot be amended once your original purchase is confirmed and have to be communicated direct to the Agent (THE WAY TO ITALY) that issues the tickets and reservation.
All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; Miles&Miles cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.
If you request a date change within four (4) days or less of your confirmed travel date, Miles&Miles will attempt to honor your request; however changes made four days or less from your original travel date may attract an additional fee.
Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, Miles&Miles reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour or product that you have booked at Miles&Miles official website, at any time, for any reason.
In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance by our agents, service providers and/or suppliers of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour, or event, we make every reasonable effort to notify the consumer, travel agent and/or distributor as appropriate, in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible.
PRICING & INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS
Prices of Miles&Miles website are NOT per person, unless otherwise specified but alway per service or per day. Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by Miles&Miles. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any tickets for museums, restaurants, hotels, ticket for the guide, as these services are provided by a local operator as THE WAY TO ITALY. Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour escorts, drivers or local guides, baggage and personal insurance any items of a personal nature, and any beverages or food not specifically listed on Miles&Miles vouchers.
You will receive a personalized Miles&Miles Voucher for each tour or service booked. In order to access and print your Miles&Miles Voucher(s), you will be provided access to a secure webpage hosted by Miles&Miles that contains a link to your Miles&Miles Voucher(s).
You must provide the original, authentic Miles&Miles Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour or transfer. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid Miles&Miles Voucher.
The voucher is not a payment receipt but a document that confirmes the (validita') of the reservation with a reservation number. Without the reservation number on the voucher Miles&Miles is not resposable for any missed service or comunication.
Miles&Miles GIFT CERTIFICATES
Miles&Miles Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Miles&Miles reserves the right to cancel Gift Certificates obtained fraudulently.
Miles&Miles is not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Certificates. All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable. Miles&Miles Gift Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of initial purchase on the certificate.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Miles&Miles or its agents, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
(a) loss of data;
(b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
(c) loss of business;
(d) loss of opportunity;
(e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
(f) losses suffered by third parties; or
(g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from
the use of Miles&Miles regardless of the form of action.
Miles&Miles and its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
Furthermore, Miles&Miles and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
